I haven’t received my download email.
Check your inbox and spam or junk folder for Filesoft Support. Paid theme links go to the email address associated with your PayPal purchase. Free add-on and solution links go to the address entered in the download form.
A queued confirmation means the email is waiting to be sent. If it does not arrive, contact support@filesofttools.com with the product name, the email address used and, for a purchase, your order reference if available. Do not send passwords or card details. If a payment is awaiting confirmation, contact us before making another purchase for the same item.
My link has expired or won’t open.
Free add-on and solution links last seven days. Return to the product’s download form to request a fresh link; allow at least 15 minutes between requests. For a paid theme, check the expiry shown in your delivery email and reply to that email if you need a replacement.
Try opening the link in your browser if your email app cannot open it. Save the downloaded ZIP somewhere you can find again, and keep private download links private.
How do I install it?
- Themes: import and customize reusable styles. Importing a theme does not transfer the demo’s tables, scripts or layouts.
- Navigation Sidebar: install and connect layout destinations. Its relationship setup is specific to this add-on.
- Checklist Lite and Loan Desk add-ons: shared installation tutorial. Choose the correct add-on name when following the video.
- Standalone solutions: unzip the download, read the included Read Me and open the .fmp12 file in FileMaker Pro. See the Loan Desk workflow.
Back up your own file before integrating an add-on or changing its theme. Follow the Read Me supplied with your specific release.
Which FileMaker version do I need?
FileMaker Pro is required and sold separately. Themes, add-ons and solutions have different requirements; see each product page for its tested versions, platform and limitations. A theme’s Go or WebDirect testing does not establish support for an add-on or solution.
