Before and after

• I backed up the closed file before starting.
• The original layout remains; Contact Entry shows records from Contacts.
• The four contacts and default ID fields are preserved.
• The layout uses a built-in theme.

Appearance and interaction

• First name, Last name and Email labels match their field objects.
• All full email addresses fit at my normal window size.
• Fields align and have consistent spacing.
• Tab moves from First name to Last name to Email; Shift–Tab moves back.
• Record navigation shows the other contacts in Form View.

Shared data

• Sam’s temporary email edit appeared in both layouts.
• I restored sam.patel@example.com and checked it in both layouts.
• Moving Email changed its position without changing the value or count.
• The layout and data remain after closing and reopening.
