Open the reference file
- Extract the ZIP and open Spring Garden Lite_1.1.1.fmp12 in FileMaker Pro. Keep the original download and use a working copy.
- Use View → Go to Layout to explore All Objects, Dashboard and Form.
- Try a named field or button style in Layout mode. Use the Inspector to compare its normal, hover, pressed and focus appearance.
Apply the theme to your file
- Back up your destination file. Begin with a working copy and one test layout. You need full layout access in both source and destination files.
- In the destination file, choose File → Manage → Themes → Import. Select Spring Garden Lite_1.1.1.fmp12, select Spring Garden Lite, then confirm.
- In Layout mode, choose Layouts → Change Theme and apply Spring Garden Lite. Select an object and choose a named style in the Inspector.
- Check field labels, button states, contrast and spacing in your intended client before applying the theme more widely.
Importing a theme brings styles. It does not import the demonstration tables, layouts or records.

What this guide covers
60 named styles and three desktop layouts: All Objects, Dashboard and Form.
The editable sample records demonstrate the styling. They are not a production business application. A style named Disabled changes the appearance; it does not disable an assigned action.
Requirements and platforms
FileMaker Pro is required and sold separately. The reference file includes desktop layouts. Windows compatibility is unverified. See the product page for its stated version and platform coverage.
Lite includes three desktop layouts only. The separate WebDirect and Go examples belong to the full Spring Garden theme. Test adaptations in your intended client; device frames are illustrative presentation images.
If the appearance is unexpected
Check the theme applied to the current layout and the named style selected for the object. Local object formatting can override a theme style. Compare the object with the reference file before changing a shared style.
Updating an optional theme folder does not update a theme already embedded in your file. Keep your customized file and a backup; review changes in a copy first.

Lite has its own theme identity. The full Spring Garden theme is a separate paid product.
