We collect your name, email, selected interests, requirements and any optional project details to assess and respond to your project or customization request. There is no marketing subscription.

Enquiries are stored in our private dashboard on Vultr and notified to the authorized Filesoft notification recipients through iCloud Mail. We may keep private follow-up notes and a follow-up date to help respond to your request. Enquiry records, including these notes and dates, are kept in the active database for 90 days. Mailbox conversations and backups may remain longer; contact support@filesofttools.com for access or deletion requests.

A necessary, two-hour form cookie and signed form token help prevent automated or cross-site submissions. Rate limits use keyed hashes of network and email identifiers, not raw IP addresses in the enquiry database. Counters expire after two days. No third-party challenge or advertising tracker is included.
