We collect your name and email address to send the Contact Journal download link, manage delivery retries and resends, and help with download problems. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

What we keep

We keep the request, delivery status, download response counts and times, and technical error category for 90 days after your latest newly queued request, then delete them from the active database during the next hourly cleanup. Signed download links expire after seven days. Anti-abuse counters use a keyed hash of the connection IP, not the raw address, and are removed after two days during the next hourly cleanup.

Email and service providers

The service runs on our Vultr server. Delivery uses Apple iCloud Mail, which processes your email address and the delivery message. SMTP acceptance means the email was handed to the mail service; it does not prove inbox delivery.

Backups and support

Server application backups rotate after 14 days. Restricted off-server backup copies and provider snapshots may retain older records until those copies are replaced or manually deleted; deletion from the active database does not immediately remove those copies. For access or deletion requests, contact support@filesofttools.com. Mailbox copies and support correspondence may be retained separately while resolving your request.
