Archive P01 by setting flag=1, commit. Preserve keys and children.
New entry picker: P02 only. Save path must also check eligibility.
Old entries still show P01. All-history total remains 150.
Active-project report explicitly excludes P01: 30 minutes.
Restore P01 flag=0: same ID, both choices, 150 all-history minutes.
Repeat twice and reopen. Test duplicate display names separately.
Do not apply active-only validation blindly to historical assignments.
A flag is not a full audit trail, backup, access policy or deletion policy.
